- Confirm plugin versions match WileyLabs release notes
- Verify PHP and WordPress meet minimum requirements
- Check that only one Vexal processing credential source is configured (Media or SmartBlocks Integrations)
- Review browser console and WordPress debug log for AJAX/nonce errors on admin actions
